Smashbook, Baseball and Pink Saturday

Posting for Pink Saturday over at Beverly's lovely www.howsweetthesound.typepad.com and for Show and Tell Saturday at http://www.bedifferentactnormal.com/ with my Smashbook page about my daughter, Kerri's baseball game as well as her singing group, Ovation singing the National Anthem at the Cincinnati, Reds baseball game last night, Friday, April 27th.

Used the pink baseball paper to represent the fact she is the ONLY GIRL on the team as well as in the BBA!!  Liked the black polka dot washi tape - carried on the "ball" team - used a piece of the K & Co. Smash tape of "who, where, when, why". Added a variety of baseball stickers - the main focus was the lineup card and a little journaling about the day.  (It was raining the entire came, very windy and cold, so didn't take any pictures- that's the beauty of Smashbooks, pictures aren't a "requirement".)

SO FUN SEEING MY DAUGHTER ON THE JUMBO TRON!!!!

ANOTHER FUN AND MEMORABLE EVENING AT A REDS GAME - 2ND YEAR KERRI AND OVATION HAVE PERFORMED FOR THE REDS AND SHE IS THE 3RD  OF MY 4 KIDS TO DO SO!

HOPE YOU HAVE A MEMORABLE WEEKEND!!

Fun! I used to scrapbook for my niece but once I started blogging, I quit. It can become quite expensive too. I used to love shopping for scrapbook stuff! Happy Pink Saturday and have a great weekend!

Hi Robyn Sweetie...
Oh what a gorgeous share this evening. I love your scrapbook page that you made. It is so darn cute, and that pink really hits the spot for today. How cute it is. You did a fantastic job sweetie.

Love the photo of your daughter on the BIG screen. What a momentous occasion. I bet it is a memory you will never forget, and your daughter neither. Fun, fun, fun.

Thank you for taking me along this evening. I can't remember the last time I went to the ball park.

Have a glorious Sunday sweet friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Hi Robyn,

Thank you so much for visiting this afternoon! I'd never heard of Smashbook before you mentioned it...(I'm not really a scrapbooker - but don't worry, I have a lot of friends who are!) I love the way you put your posts together - very appealing! I'll be back. So glad to connect through Pink Saturday!
